Seed head

I've been enjoying a lovely lunch out with the ladies who used to do aqua aerobics in South Molton - but since the Covid arrival the pool was closed and so we didn't meet.  As we live round and about in different villages/towns I haven't even seen some for 18 months so it was a lovely get together with loads of gossip as well as fine food.
I had done the ironing this morning so am up to date with 'laundry' - yeah! 
Blip posed a problem as I wasn't going out again - feeling like I need a nap as tum is so full, so played with this lovely seed head.
