Just sittin' in the sun

This is a common wall lizard - they are very common and can be found everywhere, sunning themselves or chasing insects.

Probably better seen larger

The French name is "lézard des murailles", comonly known as a "rapiète" in Latin - Podarcis muralis.

They are totally harmless.
