And that's how I'm feeling.

A check today has indicated I can use the sling a lot less and move the shoulder a lot more.

Today I've taken it to the gym and got it going on a hand cycling machine. I also tried the stepper but the postioning for my arm wasn't right. The stationary bikes were fine and I managed a swim as well.

I was supposed to be immobile for 2 weeks. Today is day 10 so as the title suggests I'm on top of the world.
