Cascade at Newtown

Hafren has grown somewhat when she gets to Newtown.
I've fished this stretch before with limited success (some small Grayling and Brown Trout parr) but didn't even attempt this time 'round - feeling one's fingers being a prerequisite to completing fiddly tasks.
