Tangled

MONDAY

Another dull and damp day. I had to force myself out on a 6 km run up to the moor. 

Once I got going, I quite enjoyed myself and I covered the distance in 33:42. The rain held off and I was plenty warm enough running in shorts, rolled up sleeves and without gloves. 

I didn't do much for the rest of the day so my step count is  10,774
