To rhyme with "bless"

I was wandering round Boscombe after an early shopping expedition to get ahead of the crowds, and spotted this sign.  It's Chaplin's Cellar Bar which, even in these uncertain times, can be regarded as a "success".  Its quirky signage and murals and images of Charlie Chaplin help it to stand out from the "rest".  For Mono Monday and my U3A group's mono challenge.
