Shopping, shopping, shopping

I’ve been on the hunt for a particular ingredient (ground rice) to use in a shortbread recipe. I can’t seem to find it anywhere, even in our International Food shop which I thought sold everything! That shop is the subject of this photo. While I was in Waitrose I saw a tin of shortbread and did think it would be so much easier just to buy that and save the hassle of making it, but I’m hoping it will be a nice thing to do!
Other than that, a day of wrapping up presents.this time next week it will be all over!
I’m happy to report I’m feeling a lot better.
