With Gary and Mirinda coming round for lunch, I knew I had to do something special. The starter was scallops with parsnip puree, parsnip crisps and pancetta and ciabatta crumb. The main was a luxurious fish pie with peas and samphire and the pud was strawberries with sable biscuits, orange and lemon syllabub and meringue crumb. Nailed it!
