Nativity

At Bury St Edmunds Cathedral today.

I sent up a little prayer while I was there, for Finley to find his perfect forever home after tomorrow.

We're both feeling a little low this evening but also nursing several new scratches, bruises and nibbles so we know it's for the best. 

I'll admit I'm struggling putting human feelings before dog ones as I've never had to make that choice before, but, as anyone that followed my journal before my break will know, becoming an auntie was just the best thing ever.

Just want to get Christmas out of the way now and look forward to a better 2022!
