Resting

I have somehow injured either my lower arm, wrist or hand. Wherever the injury originates, it is very painful.  My lovely yoga teacher daughter, blipper Bluebellsea, is leading me thru daily hand yoga sessions, via FaceTime. They are helping a lot, and I have a second appointment with my chiropractor on Tuesday.

Christmas fare has been delivered and, Omicron permitting, my son and Lily will be here for lunch on Christmas Day.
