Grand Marnier Soufflé omlette

As promised yesterday, the Grand Marnier Soufflé omlette made its first appearance after a pause of some 20 years. We had waited so long, yet its availability was only fleeting. I think next time  (and quite soon), it may spend around 18 minutes in the oven, rather than the 20 it spent today. The macaroons were certainly up to the job but we still need to synchronise watches..
