Back in time.x

Woke up just after 9 this morning. Breakfast then sorted out the flowers from the weekend and finished under my bed. It's amazing what you find under a bed.
Tanya came around lunch time and we went to Speke Hall for a couple of hours. Lovely building and grounds but sadly no photography inside and a naughty fox had eaten all the chickens in the kitchen garden so this was closed today.
All the walls in the house were at strange angles but we got to see in most of the rooms. Had a walk around the grounds then a Tudor Lady gave us a guided tour. We did try to decline but she was having non of it. Very interesting and back home by 5pm.
Now going to start getting things ready for tomorrow nights "Do" at the railway model club!!! x
