Front Row Seat

For the off, off, off, off-Broadway production of "Squirrel Frenzy", staring Petey Squirrel and a cast of hundreds.  

Today we had rain pretty much all day and I had to move the feeder because when it gets wet the wood swells up and the lid won't close.  That results in the Stellar's Jays swooping in and taking all the peanuts.  Moving it off the table so it's underneath the upstairs deck means it's sheltered and stays much dryer, and as an added bonus provides entertainment for Lizzy.  It didn't make the jays happy but the squirrels put on quite a show in gratitude.  Lizzie got bored fairly quickly.
