Almost Mono

We placed a large order in advance with Breadfarm, a wonderful small bakery south of us in Edison, Skagit County, and went there this morning to collect a plethora of delicious treats, most of which will be given to family and friends for Christmas. I took today's blip while we waited for a long freight train to pass by.

Edison is a delightful small town, and we had hoped to be able to take Hamish for a walk there after collecting our order, but the rain was very heavy and we headed home.

I'm behind on most aspects of Christmas, as well as keeping up on Blipfoto, but at least we have plenty of cookies to share now, and two little fruitcakes just for us!
