Old bones

This is a piece of fossilized Iguanodon bone. It is only 120 million years old (or thereabouts).

I think that this is beautiful. I spotted it today whilst at a suppliers.

We may sell it as it is or I may well wire wrap it and turn it into a piece of silver jewelery.

I wonder if bits of my bones will ever be used by someone in millions of years and I wonder if it would ever be so pretty?
