Hand warmer

Not very motivated to take any photos today. The heavy rain woke me up several times during the night and it didn't stop until around 2:30pm. Thank goodness it was rain and not snow!  
Renata had sent me this little hand warmer and it works great, so she brought me over two more. There's a small disk inside the "hot water bottle" that you break to activate the crystals inside. It stays warm for about 30 minutes and fits well inside mittens and even my gloves. To reuse it, you boil it for a few minutes and the crystals harden again. I have Reynaud's and my fingers often turn white in the cold so these are perfect for this time of year. We had a doc appointment last week and he said that there is medication but if I can manage without it, that's the way to go. So...no medication for now and I'm happy about that.
