A special visitor

A day of visitors and pictures to choose from.

The first was my grape loving blackbird. He was scrabbling around with the sparrows and wood pigeons, who disappeared as soon as I appeared, but he hopped onto the table to grab a grape and pose for a picture.

R, S and Olive came in past for coffee, cake and a catch up. Amber was so excited playing with R that I got lots of pics. I also got a newly bought jacket to alter for S. 

But the most excitement was the visit by Santa and his noisy entourage of fire people, flashing blue lights and a loud engine. I’ve never seen so many adults, teenagers and big children out watching, even though it was a cold damp evening. 

It was just what everyone needs …. a bit of Christmas cheer.
