On Guard

A quiet start to the day – sorted out the paper for present wrapping and got the presents from their hiding place.  Prepared the dough for my pizza and bread for later.  We have been watching COBRA which is very dark and has some similarities to the  government we have today.  We have found out that we have only one day left and watched two at lunchtime and will watch the final part later.
We then set to and wrapped the presents.
KG wrapped some before lunch and we finished the rest later.
 
I thought the elves were being very good today but  when I came back after sorting out the dished I saw them sprawled across the presents
 
Oh Elf said Safety – these present do look so pretty.
Indeed Safety they do KG and Mrs P have done a good job
Elf I am very worried said safety
Why? Safety
Well Elf they have just left them under the Christmas tree and anybody could come and take them
We best look after them Elf  - we will have to get some sleeping bags for tonight and keep guard.
We will indeed
 
When I came back I asked them what they were doing
Well looking after the presents they said in case anybody takes them
Oh silly elves it is only KG and myself and of course you two so don’t think anybody is going to take them
Another dull day  and just been reading we might be in lock down on the 27th or 28th December Let’s hope not
