SILLY SATURDAY - SANTA'S LITTLE HELPERS

Hello Lovely Blippers,

We all decided that it would be a good idea to dress up for our Silly Saturday photograph today and we think that Admirer would be happy to see us in our Christmas garb.

You can see me in my Father Christmas outfit, knitted last year by Mrs. HCB and the others have varying outfits and if they don’t have one, then they have some tinsel around their neck.  

It’s been a busy week and we have lots of little presents for each other - and would you believe, another relative has “come out of the woodwork” so to speak.  Mrs. HCB had to go into the library the other day to collect a book and saw a little brown bear wearing an “I love Swindon” tee shirt - when she picked him up, he whispered in her ear that he knew all about us and that we had grand adventures together, so asked if he could go home with her.  Well, you know what she’s like - always likes to help make people - and bears - feel loved and wanted, so here he is, sitting in front of me.  

When he arrived, everyone loved him and made him very welcome.  When they asked him what his name was he said he couldn’t remember, because he had been in the library for so long without any of his friends - so we have decided to call him LBB - short for little brown bear - and I know that you will all love him too.

We were helping each other to wrap the presents and we also had one for Mr. HCB, but because he reads these Blips, we can’t say what it is - otherwise it will spoil the surprise, and that would be silly.
