Orpington

A bit of study, walked into Lightwater and back for some exercise then spent six hours travelling to Orpington and back to look at two different places as a lodger - my London English is returning!
What a long day! Grateful to share dinner when I got back and to know I can leave my luggage here if / when I travel to Germany for Christmas. A hotel I contacted told me they were closed yet I’d seen them advertising. Maybe they don’t want Covid-infected Brits!
