Cooper's Hawk

My backyard was under surveillance by what must be a Cooper's Hawk.
My other thought for this small hawk is a Sharp-shinned Hawk, but they have red eyes.
This bird seemed content to let the early morning temperature warm up a bit while it stood on one leg, all fluffed up, on my fence.
