Resting

after a late night last night fulfilling an assignment deadline

Today in college, 19 students presented their chosen documentary. As I omitted objective/subjective, key sequences and structure, I earned a basic mark but at least passed.

We had a top Irish Film Editor give us a talk about his work and career prospects in Ireland.

We then watched Requiem for a Dream to illustrate the power of clever chop-chop editing (holy moly), a fascinating film but a bit mind blowing (approach with care).
