The Big Yellow Machine

Work started this week on the redesign of the front yard at Portside, which is very exciting!  There was nothing really there before, other than a very unsafe and difficult to use pathway down from the road, some scrubby grass, some boulders (which will be reused), and some awful, neglected "cemetery bushes". 

Here's the big yellow machine having a little rest between excavations.  The old pathway is now a thing of the past, and a new front step has been installed already.  Lots more work to come, but exciting progress!
