What a day

Our first stop for the day was to pick up the “large” Christmas cake that we later donated on and dropped off at Park Care, one of the oldest old age homes in Joburg.

Our visit to the Geldenhuys Cemetery in Springs was shocking to say the least. The first pic is in 2014 when everything was cared for. Fast forward 7 years and the cemetery has been declared “abandoned” and is in a terrible state. You can barely see Arnie in the long grass.

A different route home meant we got stuck in a huge tailback, after the truck lost control, and it’s load of corn.

Shiv was exhausted by the time we got home.
