Sunrise

Another lovely sunrise over Morecambe Bay.

Pottered about for much of the day getting things ready for grand-children's visit this weekend.

We did our first shift volunteering at our local health centre this afternoon to help with the booster vaccinations process.  It was all so well organised and such a positive experience.
