Hepatica

My frind gave me this plant on Monday. I had never heard of it before. She has had it in this pot all Winter and it has survived and although the leaves have suffered it looks a thriving plant and I am sure it will give me a lot of pleasure over the years.
I only popped outside for a few minutes to get the blip and my hands are absolutely frozen. Is it any wonder that we are so obsessed with the weather!
