I combined a chore (shopping) with a hobby (cycling) by choosing a supermarket about 15kms away. The trip out can be as long as you want, whilst the return means you have to do a reasonable pace, otherwise the frozen food melts. Squidgy Haagen Dazs is an unforgiveable crime, as would me swanning around the shop in lycra, so I have to wear mostly 'normal' clothes. 
This hellebore is part of a friend's present, so I thought I'd snap it before handover.
