Well blow me sideways!

First walk on the Downs for quite a few days and very grey and chilly. They’ve been cutting back the bramble and gorse undergrowth which makes the windswept stunted trees standout. Despite what’s thrown at them these trees remain strong, bending but not breaking, a great metaphor for life don’t you think?
