Work and some fun

I had a stack of work to get through, which kept me occupied for most of the day. We’d been invited to a BBQ get together by a friend and needed to take some food to share.  Step up hubby!  He made the Sausage Roll Wreath, which was a first for us, and also the Ginger Biscuits that I usually make. He did an amazing job, as you can see from the blip of the Sausage Roll Wreath.

We went to friends for dinner last night - the first time we’d been out for dinner since before lockdown started in the middle of August.  It was so nice to spend fun time with friends, eating delicious food, drinking delicious wine and setting the world to rights.

There are 76 new community cases today - 47 in Auckland, 15 in Waikato, 10 in Bay of Plenty, 3 in Taranaki and 1 in Lakes.
