Emergency Blip

My son finally had the surgery to remove the mass in his brain; the wait for an operating room was 29 hours!! But we are grateful the surgery was successful, and the mass was removed. Now we wait for the pathology results. Ron seems to have gotten through the surgery without any significant problems. His vision test and speech test were both perfect. His motor skills seem to be okay...just a tiny bit of memory issues.Ron texted me as soon as he was in ICU after the surgery; you can imagine how happy I was to get a meaningful message. The doctor said that if he continues to do well he can go home tomorrow...what???? Doesn't that seem too soon? Of course he is anxious to get home; sleeping in a noisy hospital room is not easy.
