On one of the contorted hazels. I know that they have always started to form at this time of year, but it's still good to see signs of spring.

It was my last day at work today until after the New Year and who knows what that will bring? I heard this afternoon that Nicola Sturgeon has asked us to stay at home as much as possible and I guess she might well lock us down completely if there was funding from the UK government to do so. That might be a good thing as things look fairly dire at the moment.
