Bones

Today I was meant to be in Eday trimming hooves but last night, Satan's Darling Little helper tried to run through my knee*.

So today I have been sensible and taken it easy. It's not bad at all walking in a straight line but any twist or weighted turn hurts... And I didn't want to risk injuring it further. 

So I've spent the day walking slowly and very squarely. Amazing the amount of movement that involves a pivot at the knee! 

This evening it is feeling improved. 

I'm cooking a surprise dinner for Gorgeous ... Not even I know entorely what it is! 

*It really wasn't his fault, one of the other horses chased him off and he did 0-60 into my leg.
