View from the back of the bungalow..

.. we've just been to see, from the outside anyway. Only a few years old. A few miles from the coast. Areas around here are prone to flooding, both from rise in sea levels and from rivers. You can see one in the background which in the most extreme conditions will rise to a little way beyond the fence line. But my wife thinks we should be closer to hospitals etc if anything happens to me as she doesn't drive... I think we should enjoy it whilst we may!!
