Sunset

In mid August I ordered a couple of bar stools with an estimated six week delivery time. So they should have arrived towards the end of September. Today they were finally delivered. According to the news reports many furniture orders have been subject to substantial delays.

The sun was setting as I went out to post a couple of letters. As a result today's Blip was almost inevitably going to be a picture of the sunset. I chose this view with Rubislaw Parish Church in the foreground.

I had dinner with a couple of former colleagues last night at Cafe Andaluz. Good to catch up after not having seen them since December 2019. The restaurant was busy, possibly full. A very pleasant evening.
