La Grande Prairie

After a great nights sleep I woke up this morning very excited about the start of my programme. I couldn't sleep anymore so I went for a walk at 6.15am and there was no one around.

I like wondering without any particular goal in mind and discovered the the very long pond that is La Grande Prairie in Fontainebleau. It was magical spending 2 hours on my own around the pond and the surrounding gardens. Lots of reflections. Image and self. Just the perfect way to start this new chapter.
