Hot cross apricot buns

I hadn't had any hot cross buns this year but my Easter card from Sundari had a picture of teapots and hot cross buns so I got the sublimal message and bought some. Even better the supermarket had some that were made with apricot pieces rather than raisins. My favourite and they were yummy. Thank you Sundari for reminding me!
