Sciatica day 19

I had a good day yesterday and reasonable night but today I can’t settle. The pain is moderate to severe. Hence my blip, the view from my bed.

I had a video link with nurse and GP this morning sorting out my care for the next week. I couldn’t have made it to the surgery for a face to face consult today. Booked for physio on Tuesday.

My skin is all prickly (probably from the tablets) so I decided to have a shower. It was awful but I feel somewhat refreshed. Did I say I was sick of this? So much for my reasonable level of fitness, it’s gone completely.
