Making friends with the family pet.

Meet Laika, the geriatric yet completely adorable golden retriever-newfoundlander-samoyed-elk hound cross. These two got on swimmingly.

I did a practice with my first ashtanga teacher in his new shala - led full vinyasa primary. Fantastic class and chat with old yoga friends; we go back years! It's great to come to practice and see the familiar faces each time.

Other than that, chilling out with the family. Tomorrow, we're off to Joensuu for the weekend.
