Starry Night. Leica M2, Summicron 50mm DR

I am reworking my "workshop/study" area to make more efficient use of the space.  This has involved moving a lot of stuff off my desk which has been sitting there for years, sorting through it, and putting it away in a proper place. 
One of the items which came to light was this photograph taken in November 2000 of the Adige River as it flows through Verona.  We had enjoyed a wonderful dinner and were walking back to our hotel.  I remember it as a freezing cold, crystal clear night, stars filling the firmament.  The memory of it made me think that it was worth scanning and bringing the image into the digital age.
