On Monday the plasterer came to fill in various holes and make good the area around the kitchen door. He also redid our makeshift death trap step.

So all that is left to do is touch up paintwork, make a blind, cover chairs and get a cutlery tray. All of which require input from me so will be left for a while yet!!

ETA I’ve just noticed the table leg at a jaunty angle - I’ll add fixing that, repainting the legs and sanding/varnishing the table top to my list. Curses!
