Wednes-Jay

A very grey day in Essex today. Very still too!  Roadworks thwarted our plan to head one way, so we decided to get ahead of the  food shopping so went to M&S food on Canvey for a little stock up ahead of the rush next week! All nice and calm over there.

Stopped at Canvey Wick nature reserve on the way home and all was quiet there too unfortunately!  Just a little group of long tailed tits to be seen and not the best light to take their photos!  But who was waiting for me when we got home but one of the Jays, looking in the window as the bird table had run dry of peanuts! Shocking service!!  Consider me told off!

More wrapping this afternoon! Also impressed with an order I placed yesterday for some candles from a small business I follow online - Boo & Jerry - and they arrived today! Will definitely be using them again!
