( still tethered to all the remedies - but made a soup, sitting at kitchen table to chop - which had me think of my Mom who in her 50's had to use a wheelchair due to fast onset MS at 48.  It is interesting how you kind of figure things out - not to make light of her MS and the losses)


(and a dream of Tom this morning - he was given a short leave of absence by the Big Guy he said, he was repairing an underwater snorkel mask for me, did not really talk, no touching - all so strange - i recorded it on voice memo when I came too, not sure if it was dream or wishful thinking - the mind)
