Steps Beach

This morning we had breakfast high atop Rincon at a restaurant recommended by several friends.  The English Rose did not disappoint.  On the way back to our hotel, we spent time at the beach pictured here - Steps Beach in the Marine Preserve.  It is a surfing beach and got it's name because of the steps.  How they got there - don't know.

This afternoon, we enjoyed swimming at Playa Marina - a lovely sandy beach, beautiful calm water, and lots of sun.  

and tonight, we celebrated our 51st anniversary (albeit a few days early) at a wonderful restaurant named Estella - great food and service.  Gina mentioned the celebration and they provided us with a glass of complimentary bubbly.
