Recorded the Lord Mayors carol service this evening in a church that was beautifully lit inside and out so that the windows could be seen! It was incredibly tiring running through everything once and repeating it for recording and then again for some for the lighting to change! Made us all glad we were not in the film business and having to spend our days on endless repeats! Will see the end results on Friday at 1930 on YouTube Plymouth city council!

Did a lateral flow test this morning which was clear so went to Pilates and on the way home popped in to see Sian and molly. Whilst there I was trying to help Sian by opening a baking powder pot using a knife pointed at my hand, which my mum warned me was always a bad idea! Lo and behold she was correct! I stabbed my hand between the thumb and forefinger quite deeply! Sian managed to get three plasters on it but it is throbbing now!

She drove me to the pcr testing centre to get my test! Have to wait now for result but they say that now you just have to take a lateral flow test every day for 7 days if you have been in contact with someone infected with the virus!
