Finished

Well almost!! A little bit of free motion quilting still required. 

The final quilt group meeting this year. A lively bunch with lots of chat. We had lovely lunch at a cafe across from the hall where we meet. 

I put the last few stitches in the binding at the end of the session and asked two of the ladies to hold it up for me to photograph. What I hadn’t realised that the two nearest ladies are the shortest in the group and are standing on tiptoe to hold this up. Much giggling and a quick snap before they lost it !! 

Home to receive a phone call about renewing my car insurance. It was cheaper than last year ……much to my surprise.
