Sunrise!

I don’t usually get up this early but had to today as off to Exmouth to see D to have minor tweaks to our backs.

He took one look at me on the couch and immediately said “pelvis out again”….then pushed his finger into the muscle and I nearly left the couch in vertical take off! 15 minutes later all sorted.

Quick visit to the supermarket on the way home and a bit of sorting things pm.
