Hof Cultural and Conference Center

Inaugurated August 2010, Hof offers excellent facilities for events of various kinds, including conferences, meetings, receptions, parties and exhibitions.

Hof's fully appointed service centre offers comprehensive services, including photocopying, computers, network connection and telephones. On the same floor, there is a magnificent high-ceilinged open space, suitable for exhibitions, presentations and receptions.

Hof's main auditorium accommodates 510 guests in seats on an inclining floor and its large stage is adaptable to each user's requirements.

Hof's side auditorium is a multiuse facility, seating up to 200 guests on an even floor, providing various set-up possibilities.

There are also several other smaller meeting rooms in the building.

Hof's two-leveled restaurant accommodates up to 120 guests. Furthermore, when opening into an adjacent space, 500 guests can be accommodated.

The Tourist Information Bureau in Akureyri is located in the building. The Tourist Office friendly employees provide information, tips and details that are useful during your stay in Akureyri and surrounding areas. The office sells maps and postcards, there is a payphone and possible to buy internet access.
