Seriously scary
We gave Morrisons a miss this evening because I wanted to go into Leicester to see the light show at The Curve. Except that it didn't really seem to be showing. By this time, my back and my hip were complaining, so I called a halt at the junction of Charles Street with Halford Street from where we could see the Curve. We retraced our steps to Highcross and found our way to Zizzi Italian where we had eaten three weeks ago.
William, who had only been looking forward to something to eat since we'd left his house, had a bambini pizza with bread sticks, carrot and cucumber sticks, and a tomato dip. This is the boy, remember, who does not like tomato!
I really like Zizzi. The place has an Italian feel which the staff do their best to reinforce with friendly professionalism. The food is good, especially, as in Italy, they serve all the dishes on the menu gluten free as well. Tonight, alas, they had run out of caramelised onions.
Driving back to William's, an accident had closed the A47 close to town. We were diverted to the A50. William arrived home 50 minutes after his bedtime! Edward was still up too.
What's scary? This Sky View hoists swings into the air which can be rotated horizontally around the top of the tower. Rather you than me.
