Sourdough bread

A late blip.. a busy day back at work today after the bank holiday weekend so this is a last minute one. I hope to be back on form tomorrow. I made this bread over the weekend, I have to tweak the recipe still as it's not coming out quite right yet but it doesn't matter; it's so good toasted. I'll be having it for my breakfast in about 8 hours!
