Christmas is coming

For a while today I imagined I was in a Christmas wonderland! I visited the Christmas shop that opens every year for a few weeks.
It was an enjoyable break from the frustrating day I was having, starting off with the vacuum cleaner not working, to realising this afternoon that I'd left my towel and change of clothes at home when I arrived for aqua aerobics.
Sadly today we heard that our elder son's stepson in Cape Town is in a coma after being involved in a motorbike accident. How life can change in a split second.
And once again we have no power. No time frame given for the fault to be repaired. I guess it will be early to bed.
